CONDENSED MILK CAKE


CONDENSED MILK CAKE 

INGREDIENTS 

Flour - 1 3/4 cups
Softened Butter - 50 gm
Condensed Milk - 1 can
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
Eggs - 4

METHOD 

Preheat oven to 180*C for 15 - 20 minutes 
Grease and line a cake tin with parchment paper 
Sift all the dry ingredients together 
Whisk butter and condensed milk together 
Add eggs one at a time and whisk
Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gently 
Pour cake batter into the prepared cake tin 
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 - 55 minutes 

Notes:
Timing might vary with different brands of ovens available in the market 
You can replace cardamom powder with vanilla essence
