CARROT RAITHA



INGREDIENTS
Carrots - 2 ( grated )
Onion - 1 ( chopped )
Green Chillies - 2 ( chopped )
Curd - 1 cup
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsps ( chopped )
Salt - to taste


METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl.
2. Chill and serve.
