INGREDIENTS
Mussels - 1 Kg ( cleaned )
Chicken 65 Powder - 50 gms ( approx )
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
Oil - To Fry
METHOD
1. Marinate the cleaned mussels with the chicken 65
masala powder and lemon juice
for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated mussels in
batches till crisp.
3. Serve hot.
NOTE
Any brand of Chicken 65 Masala Powder can be used
Add salt only if required as these masala powders will
have salt.
