Coconut Milk - 1 / 4 cup
TO GRIND
INGREDIENTS
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsps
Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsps
Fennel Powder - 2 Tsps
Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tbsps
Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
Pepper Powder - 2 Tsps
Coriander Leaves - 1 / 4 cup
Salt - to taste
TO TEMPER
Oil - 5 - 7 Tbsps
Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
Cardamoms - 3
Cloves - 3
Star Anise - 1
METHOD
1. Grind the ingredients given above to a smooth
paste with salt to taste.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the whole spices.
3. Now add the ground masala and saute in a low
flame till oil floats on top.
4. Add the coconut milk and fried chicken and
cook for 5 minutes.
5. Remove pan from stove and serve hot.
