INGREDIENTS
Jackfruit seeds - 2 cups ( cooked and sliced )
Dry red chillies - 2
Cumin powder - 1 Tsp
Chilli powder - 2 Tsps
Turmeric powder - 1 / 4 Tsp
Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 Tbsps
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
METHOD
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and
dry red chillies.
2. Toss the jackfruit seed slices and stir for a minute.
3. Add salt to taste and the spice powders.
4. Mix well and serve hot.
