BALL GRAPE JUICE


BALL GRAPE JUICE 

INGREDIENTS 

Seedless Black Grapes - 250 gm
Water - 750 ml
Sugar - To Taste

METHOD 

Remove grapes from the stalk and wash thoroughly 
Add water and boil till the skin peels off a little 
Strain and transfer grapes to ice cold water to avoid further cooking
Peel off the skin slowly and refrigerate the grape balls 
Put all of the peeled skin in the strained water add sugar to taste and boil for 10 minutes till reduced to half 
Strain liquid cool at room temperature and refrigerate 
While serving add some grape balls in a glass
Fill glass with the strained and chilled grape juice

Notes:

If the grapes are too sweet you can add a dash of lemon juice while boiling the grapes or before serving 
If you’re using grapes with seeds after peeling the skin cut grape fruit into halves remove the seeds and use
