VEGETABLE PAKORAS






VEGETABLE PAKORAS 

INGREDIENTS 

Maida - 1/4 cup
Besan - 1/4 cup
Cornflour - 3 Tbsps 
Cumin Powder - 2 Tsps
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp 
Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsps
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Cauliflower - 1 small
Broccoli - 1 small
Salt - To Taste
Oil - To Fry

METHOD 

In a bowl combine maida besan and cornflour with ginger garlic paste spice powders salt to taste and enough water to a slightly thick batter
Cover bowl with a cling film and refrigerate batter for 30 minutes 
Chop cauliflower and broccoli into florets
Cook using enough water with turmeric powder and salt to taste until tender 
Heat oil in a pan in medium flame 
Dip the cooked florets one by one in the batter and deep fry until crisp
Drain excess oil and serve with any dipping sauce you prefer

Notes:
I used only cauliflower and broccoli 
Vegetables like eggplant zucchini baby corn can be sliced and deep fried in the same way
