HERSHEYS KISSES BLOSSOM COOKIES

INGREDIENTS 

Peanut Butter - 1 cup
White Sugar - 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Granulated Sugar - 1/4 cup ( To Coat )
Egg - 1
Hershey Kisses - As Required 

METHOD 

Preheat oven to 180*C for 15 minutes 
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
In a bowl beat together peanut butter white sugar and brown sugar
Add in the egg and beat 
Add in the vanilla essence and mix well till the mixture becomes thick
Take equal sized portions from the mixture and roll 
Place them in the lined baking tray with enough space between them
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes 
As soon as you remove the baking tray from the oven press a Hershey kiss in the centre of each cookie
Remove cookies from the tray only when it’s cold to touch
You can also roll the cookie dough balls in granulated sugar before baking
