FUDGY EGGLESS BROWNIE

FUDGY EGGLESS BROWNIE 

INGREDIENTS 

Condensed Milk - 1 Tin
Butter - 100 gm
Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 3/4 Tsp
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Walnuts - 3/4 cup
Espresso Coffee - 2 Tbsps ( optional )
Chocolate Chips - 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp

METHOD 

Preheat oven to 180*C for 15 minutes 
Line grease and prepare a cake tin
Prepare espresso coffee and set aside
Chop the walnuts and set aside 
Sift dry ingredients together twice and set aside 
Melt condensed milk and butter in medium flame
Remove pan from the stove and add brown sugar and espresso coffee
Add sifted dry ingredients chopped walnuts and chocolate chips
Add in the vanilla essence and mix well 
Pour into the prepared cake tin and tap twice
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes 

Notes:

Adding espresso coffee is optional 
A total of 1 cup of chopped walnuts and chocolate chips will do
Timing might vary with different brands of ovens available in the market 
For a more chewy brownie remove tin from oven 5 minutes before the said time when a few crumbs stick to the toothpick while inserted into the centre of the brownie
