ORANGE CAKE



ORANGE CAKE 

INGREDIENTS 

Flour - 2 cups
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp 
Baking Soda - 1 Tsp 
Orange Zest - 2 Tbsps 
Orange Juice - 1/2 cup 
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup 
White Sugar - 1/2 cup 
Hot Water - 1/4 cup 
Oil - 1/2 cup 

METHOD 

Preheat oven to 180*C for 15 minutes 
Grease and line a cake tin with butter paper 
Sift all of the dry ingredients together 
To the oil add sugars and orange juice 
Whisk until well combined 
Fold in dry ingredients and orange zest
Pour batter into prepared cake tin 
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 - 35 minutes 

Notes:

Timing might vary with different brands of ovens available in the market
