 GRAPES KULUKKI SARBETH - 2 WAYS

PANEER GRAPES KULUKKI SARBETH 

INGREDIENTS 

Grapes - 200 gm
Soaked Basil Seeds - 2 Tbsps 
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp 
Slit Green Chilli - 1
Lemon Slice - 1
Ice Cubes - As Required 

METHOD 

Clean and wash grapes thoroughly 
Extract juice from grapes 
Put all the ingredients into a jar 
Shake vigorously until well combined 
Pour into a tall glass with more ice cubes 
Serve immediately 

Notes:

I used TUPPERWARE JUIST to extract juice from the grapes so I did not add water or sugar to extract juice or in the kulukki sarbeth 
Add sugar if required I did not add as the juice was sweet enough 



SEEDLESS GRAPES KULUKKI SARBETH 

INGREDIENTS 

Seedless Grapes - 200 gm
Soaked Basil Seeds - 2 Tbsps 
Slit Green Chilli - 1
Powdered Sugar - 1 Tbsp 
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp 
Sliced Lemon - 1
Ice Cubes - As Required 

METHOD 

Clean and wash the grapes thoroughly 
Grind the cleaned grapes in a mixer 
Put all the ingredients into a jar
Shake vigorously until well combined 
Pour into a tall glass 
Serve immediately with more ice cubes 

Notes:

Adjust sweetness to suit your taste 
I did not strain the juice but you can if you want to
