INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Plain Flour - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
Egg - 1
Oats - 1 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Honey - 1/4 cup
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 1/3 cup
METHOD
In a bowl mix together all the wet ingredients along with oats
Mix until well combined and set aside for 15 minutes
Sift all of the dry ingredients and set aside
Grease a loaf pan with butter and set aside
Preheat oven to 190*C for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients
Add more of milk @ 1/4 cup if you feel the mixture is dry while folding
Transfer dough to prepared loaf pan and spread evenly
Sprinkle some oats @ 1 Tbsp on top if liked
Bake in the preheated oven for an hour or until the top is golden brown
Once done remove loaf pan from oven and brush the top with some butter and honey generously
Cool the bread on a wire rack for 4 hours before slicing
Notes:
Timing might vary with different brands of ovens available in the market
