JACKFRUIT LADOOS

JACKFRUIT LADOOS 

INGREDIENTS 

Jackfruit Flesh - 1 cup
Sooji - 1/2 cup
Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Jaggery Syrup - 1 cup
Coconut Oil - 3 Tbsps 
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
Chopped Nuts - 1/2 cup

METHOD 

Grind jackfruit flesh with lukewarm jaggery syrup
Add in rest of the ingredients and mix well
Pour jackfruit mixture into a vessel 
Steam until the mixture is cooked
Allow to cool at room temperature 
Form into uniform sized balls
Enjoy 

Notes 
Adjust the jaggery syrup with the sweetness of the jackfruit
