ROSE PUDDING

ROSE PUDDING 

INGREDIENTS 

Milk - 1/2 litres
China Grass - 10 gm
Sugar or Condensed Milk - To Taste
Pink Food Colouring - A Few Drops
Rose / Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp

METHOD 

Soak china grass for 15 minutes in 1/4 cup of water
In a stove boil milk and add the soaked china grass
Simmer till the china grass completely dissolves in the milk
Add sugar or condensed milk to taste and stir till it dissolves 
Add in the pink food colour and rose essence to the milk mixture 
Remove pan from stove and strain the milk mixture 
Pour contents to a pudding mould or any tray immediately 
Cool at room temperature and refrigerate till completely set
Cut rose pudding into desired shapes and serve chilled.
