CAULIFLOWER MANCHURIAN ( DRY )

Cauliflower Manchurian ( Dry )

Ingredients 
Cauliflower Florets - parboiled

For Batter
Maida - 4Tbsp
Corn Flour- 1Tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Chilli powder - 3 tsps
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Red food colour - a pinch ( optional )
Ginger and Garlic paste - 2 Tbsps
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry

To Toss
Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce 1 Tbsp

Mix all three sauces and set aside.

To Garnish
Coriander Leaves -2 Tbsps chopped

Mix all the ingredients for batter with water to a thick paste.
Add the parboiled cauliflower florets and mix well.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Dee fry in hot oil.
Drain excess oil.
Toss the fried florets in the mixed sauces.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

Note : Adjust ingredients to suit your palate.
