MILK POPSICLES

MILK POPSICLES / PAAL ICE / MILK ICE CANDY

INGREDIENTS 

Milk - 1/2 litre
Fresh Cream - 4 Tbsps 
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Chilled Milk - 2 Tbsps 
Corn Flour - 2 Tsps

METHOD 

Heat milk in medium flame 
Stir once in awhile till reduced to half 
Dissolve corn flour in chilled milk without lumps
Add to the pan in stove and stir continuously 
Add fresh cream and sugar to the pan
Reduce flame and mix well till sugar dissolves 
When the mixture becomes creamy switch off the flame 
Remove pan from stove and cool at room temperature for 5 - 7 minutes 
Pour in popsicle moulds and freeze overnight 

Notes :
Use full fat milk
Instead of corn flour you can use maida
If you’re not using cornflour or maida skip steps two and three
I did not use corn flour while making these yesterday.
