EGG FRUIT PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
Egg Fruit Pulp - 1/2 cup
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
China Grass - 1 Tbsp
Amul Cream - 3 Tbsps
Water - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup
METHOD
Remove flesh from egg fruits pulse in a mixer and set aside
Cut China Grass into small pieces, measure
Heat water in a saucepan add the China Grass flakes and stir until completely dissolved
Heat milk and fresh cream in medium flame in a pan
When small bubbles start to appear add in condensed milk
Once completely dissolved add in the China Grass water into the pan
Lower flame and mix well
Remove pan from stove and cool for a few minutes @ 5 minutes
Add in the egg fruit purée and mix well
Transfer to a serving bowl or individual bowls
Cover with cling film and refrigerate till completely set
EGG FRUIT LASSI
INGREDIENTS
Egg Fruit - 1
Chilled Yoghurt - 4 Tbsps
Sugar - To Taste
Frozen Milk - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - A Pinch ( optional )
METHOD
Peel egg fruit and blend flesh in a blender with rest of the ingredients
Serve chilled
EGG FRUIT ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
Egg Fruit - 2
Chilled Amul Fresh Cream - 250 ml
Chilled Condensed Milk - 3/4 tin
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
METHOD
Peel and remove flesh from egg fruit
Blend in a mixer along with chilled condensed milk and chill until used
Whip the cream in a chilled mixing bowl till soft peaks form
Add egg fruit mixture and beat till fluffy
Add in the vanilla essence and mix well
Pour in a container cover with cling film and close with the lid
Freeze overnight
Notes :
Add sweetness to suit your taste
Chill the fresh cream at least an hour before using.
EGG FRUIT AND ALMOND SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
Egg Fruit - 1
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Chilled Milk - As Required
Milk Powder - 2 Tbsps
Condensed Milk - To Taste
Sugar - 2 Tbsps
METHOD
Soak almonds in warm water
Peel off skin from almonds
Scoop out flesh from egg fruit
In a blender add in all the ingredients
Blend till well combined
Serve chilled
Notes :
You can replace condensed milk with sugar
Use full fat milk
Milk powder is optional
