PITTA BREAD AND GRILLED PANEER SHAWARMA
INGREDIENTS FOR PITTA BREAD 

Milk - 1/2 cup
Yeast - 1 Tsp 
Sugar - 1 Tsp 

In a bowl mix all of the above ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes 

Maida - 1 1/2 cups
Salt - To Taste

Mix maida and salt in a bowl 
Add the yeast mixture and knead to a smooth dough 
Add more water if necessary 
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and rest for an hour
Grease hands with some oil and knead lightly 
Divide dough into four equal sized balls and cover again with a damp cloth for 15 minutes 
Dust a board with flour and spread each ball into circles as for rotis
Grease a pan with oil and in medium to low flame cook pitta breads on both sides until done
Keep covered with a cloth until used

INGREDIENTS FOR GARLICKY MAYO

Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsps 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp 
Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp 

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and set aside

INGREDIENTS FOR PICKLED VEGETABLES 

Carrot - 2 Tbsps 
Capsicum - 2 Tbsps 
Cucumber - 2 Tbsps 
Lemon Juice - 2 Tsps
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp 
Honey - 2 Tsps
Salt - To Taste

Julienne all the vegetables 
Mix all above ingredients in a bowl and set aside 

INGREDIENTS FOR GRILLED PANEER 

Yoghurt - 1 Tbsp 
Paneer - 250 gm
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp 
Dry Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp 
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp 
Kasoori Methi - 1/4 Tsp 
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp 
Oil or Butter - To Fry
Salt - To Taste

Wash and dice paneer into cubes
Mix all the other ingredients except oil in a bowl 
Marinate diced paneer cubes in the above marinade for an hour
Heat butter in a pan add the marinated paneer cubes in medium low flame until crisp and done 
Set aside until used 

PANEER SHAWARMA 

Pitta Bread -1
Butter - 1 Tsp
Garlicky Mayo - As Required 
Pickled Vegetables - As Required 
Prepared Paneer - As Required 

Lightly butter a pitta bread 
Keep some mayonnaise in the centre 
Place the paneer and vegetables on top
Place some more mayonnaise on top
Roll and serve

Notes:

You can add any veggies of your choice
