RAVA / SOOJI LADDU

RAVA / SOOJI LADDU

INGREDIENTS 
Rava - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cashews - 10
Raisins - 10
Ghee - As Required 

METHOD 
Powder sugar and keep aside
Roast rava and pulse for a second in a blender
Mix powdered sugar with rava and cardamom powder 
Heat ghee in a pan and add the cashews and raisins 
Remove them and add to the rava mixture along with ghee
While the ghee is warm mix with a spoon 
When the mixture resembles coarse wet sand start making balls out of it
Heat more ghee and add to the rava mix if needed

Notes
Using ghee is purely optional for making rava laddus 
You can use just 1 Tsp of ghee to fry the cashews and raisins 
You can use warm milk instead 
Here in this recipe I have used only ghee
