BIRDS EYE CHILLI THOGAYAL



BIRD’S EYE CHILLI THOGAYAL 

INGREDIENTS 

Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Bird’s Eye Chillies - 2 Tbsps 
Tamarind - Gooseberry Size
Shallots - 4
Salt - To Taste

METHOD 

Grind all of the above ingredients with very little water

Notes:

I used both ripe and green bird’s eye chillies
