MUSK MELON MILKSHAKE

MUSK MELON ( CANTALOUPE ) 
MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS

Small Muskmelon - 1
Milk - 250 ml
Milk Powder - 4 Tbsps
Sugar - to taste
Vanilla Essence - few drops

METHOD
1. Boil and chill the milk.
2. Scrape the pulp from the fruit and 
   chill for sometime.
3. Pulse the fruit pulp in a mixer 
   along with sugar.
4. Add rest of the ingredients and 
   beat well.
5. Pour in tall glasses and serve 
   chilled.
